CommitteeHelp organize special events, assess programs, develop budgets, and other meaningful activities by serving on a Hopkins House committee.  Meetings are held monthly, on Thursday evenings beginning at 6:30 pm.

BUDGET & PERSONNEL POLICY COMMITTEE: Oversees the fiscal affairs and investments, personnel policies and practices, and facilities and capital projects of the Organization; coordinates financial and management audits; and, in consultation with the President, prepares the Organization’s annual budget.
PROGRAMS & ASSESSMENT COMMITTEE: Oversees the Organization’s programs and services, including research and education institutes, program development, program assessments, outreach and public education, and operational strategies; and, conducts public policy analysis and development, education of electoral candidates, legislators and policy makers, and public awareness activities on issues related to best practices in Early Care and Education.
SCHOLARSHIPS & RECOGNITIONS COMMITTEE: Oversees the Organization’s preschool scholarships, Dunstan College Loans, and Alexander Memorial Gift financial assistance programs; nominates recipients of Trustee awards and honors; and, oversees staff appreciation programs.
