Hopkins House announced today that it has a limited number of seats available for parents seeking to enroll their children in its highly rated Preschool Academy.  This is highly unusual because the academy, given its strong reputation for quality, is usually enrolled to capacity with a long list of students waiting to be admitted.

This summer, in response to heightened demand, Hopkins House opened a third campus in Northern Virginia and won government approval to increase enrollment at its campus in Fairfax County.  With three preschool academy campuses, additional classroom capacity opened and Hopkins House is now able to enroll more students in more communities.

"Although we have increased our enrollment capacity substantially through this recent expansion, the demand has increased as well and the seats are quickly filling," said Alvin J. Butler, Jr., Chief Operating Officer.

Two academies are NAEYC accredited and Virginia Quality Star Rated (the newest cannot apply for accreditation until it has been open for at least one year), and all three are education enriched with highly experienced and college degreed educators in the classrooms.

The academies operate full-day, year-round.  Through generous donor and government financial support, the tuition is kept affordable to working and military families.  Scholarships and other forms of financial aid are available to families in need.
