The results of the annual Preschool Academy Parent Satisfaction Survey were released today and the parents of academy Young Scholars gave high marks to Hopkins House for its early care and education services.

Nearly all parents (90 percent) rated the services their children receive at the preschool academy as "good to excellent".  This is the third year parents have given such high marks to the academy.

More than half (56 percent) of parents indicated that services at the preschool academy had improved over the previous year.  Under its "Continuous Improvement" policy, Hopkins House uses the survey findings to guide improvements in its policies, procedures and  practices.  This year's rating by parents is up from last year and further indication of the academy's success in fulfilling its continuous improvement objectives.

The survey also revealed that the main source of student enrollment at the academy is through referrals from other parents, a further indication of overall satisfaction among parents with the early care and education services their children receive at Hopkins House.

The survey report is available online by clicking here: 2016 PSA Satisfaction Survey.
