J. Glenn Hopkins
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Hopkins joined the staff in 1991. He is the seventh and longest-serving chief executive of Hopkins House. He has a master’s degree from Columbia University in the City of New York. He has over 35 years of senior-level management experience. He is a resident of the Fairfax County, Virginia.
Garvey Wright
Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Wright joined the staff in 2020. He is a military veteran, having served in the United States Army for over 30 years managing hundreds of millions of dollars in financial transactions and contracts. He has a bachelor’s degree from Virginia State University. He is a resident of Fairfax County, Virginia.
Mohammad Hossain
Assistant Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Hossain joined the staff in 2020, as Staff Accountant. He was promoted to Director, Finance & Operations in 2021, and to Chief Operating in 2023. He has master’s degrees in business administration and in finance. He is a resident of Fairfax County, Virginia.
Stephanie Turner-Menson
Director, Early Childhood Learning Institute
Ms. Turner-Menson joined the staff in 2007. She has a bachelor’s degree from Strayer University and over 16 years of professional experience in management and education. She previously served as Principal of Hopkins House’s Innovative Preschool Academy in Herndon, Virginia (now closed). She is a resident of Fairfax County, Virginia.
Justin Thomas
Principal, Helen Day Preschool Academy
Dr. Thomas joined the staff in 2025. He holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of Houston – Clear Lake and has over 16 years of professional experience in management and education. Dr. Thomas is a resident of the District of Columbia.
