Tickets are now on sale for the Hopkins House Venetian Masquerade Scholarship Ball featuring Be'la Dona, Chelsey Green, Dancing, Drinks, Food, Venetian Masks, and Whole Lot of Fun -- all for a very good cause.  Proceeds from the ball fund scholarships to ensure access to quality preschool for children from low-resourced working and military families.  Tickets are $75, which covers food and drinks, free Venetian Mask or face painting, entertainment, and a contribution to the scholarship fund. A portion of the ticket is tax-deductible to the extent provided by law. The Scholarship Ball is on Saturday, November 1, from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the Belle Haven Country Club in Alexandria.
