Your generosity can help in a variety of meaningful and important ways:
Fund Scholarships
Fund a scholarship for Preschool Academy Young Scholars from a low-resourced, working family.
Fund the Purchase of Supplies
Help purchase construction paper, crayons, workbooks, pencils, and other education supplies for our classrooms.
Fund Summer Camp Tuition Provide a child from a low-resourced, working family with a summer of fun, trips, physical activity, and discovery.
Hopkins House is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization under the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to Hopkins House are fully tax-deductible to the full extent of the law and always acknowledged in writing.
Volunteer Opportunities

There are many meaningful ways to volunteer at Hopkins House:
Working Directly with Children
Spend time with our Preschool Academy Young Scholars reading, writing, doing arts & crafts, and accompanying them on local field trips.
NOTE: You must be at least 14 years of age and may be required to submit to a criminal background check, provide proof of recent COVID vaccination, and proof of recent tuberculosis test.
Serving on a Policy Committee
Lend your expertise to help the organization advocate around issues important to families, develop and monitor its budget, oversee and assess its programs, and award scholarships and employee recognitions.
Helping in the Office and Around the Campus
Spend time in the office answering phones, stuffing envelopes, designing flyers, or outside planting flowers or decorating for holidays.
You can volunteer as an individual or part of an employee, faith mission, school group, or club. The hours and locations are flexible and can be arranged to accommodate your schedule and interest.
