Hosted by the Hopkins House – Early Childhood Learning Institute, this conference continues the important and timely community conversation began in 2023 about the need for more men in the Early Childhood Education profession and the potential benefits of their increased presence to young children, their families, and the profession. Participants will help identify specific and actionable ways to address occupational segregation and build a robust pipeline of male early childhood educators.
