Heart of the Community Awards
These distinguished awards are given annually by the Hopkins House Trustees:

Heart of Community Award - Given annually to a business, business group, or business employee group that best exemplifies the qualities of meaningful corporate citizenship.

Helen Miller Community Heart Award - Given annually to an individual who has, through public advocacy, leadership, vision and courage, over many years, furthered the development of social policy beneficial to children and their families.
Nomination/Selection Process
The Scholarships & Recognitions Committee of the Trustees, which is responsible for nominating award recipients to the Trustees, accepts
NOMINATION FORMS through October 1 of each year. The committee submits its nominations to the Trustees in the fall. Nominees must reside in or conduct business in the areas where Hopkins House operates.
Awards Luncheon
The 2016 Heart of the Community Awards Luncheon, normally held in February, has been POSTPONED to this coming fall. More details coming soon.

RED ROSE Scholarship Sponsor - $15,000 funds a scholarship named in your honor, for 1 child of a low-resourced family to attend the Hopkins House Preschool Academy for one full year. You receive 6 complimentary luncheon tickets, plus special recognition at the event and on the Hopkins House website.

PINK ROSE Scholarship Sponsor - $5,000 funds a scholarship named in your honor, for 1 child of a low-resourced family to attend the Hopkins House Preschool Academy for 6 months. You receive 4 complimentary luncheon tickets, plus special recognition at the event and on the Hopkins House website.
