Management Structure
Hopkins House has approximately 100 full- and part-time employees, organized into three units: Administration, Early Childhood Education Programs, and Workforce Education Programs. Executive functions are overseen by the President/CEO and operational functions are overseen by the Vice President/Chief Operating Officer.
Governance - Governance of Hopkins House is vested with the Community Stakeholders who annually elect members to the Board of Trustees and officers of the Board. The Trustees oversee the management of the organization through the hiring and supervision of the President/Chief Executive Officer.
Management - Hopkins House is managed by a team of executives hired and supervised by the President/CEO. The executive team supervises the organization's program departments and administrative offices.
Faculty & Staff - Hopkins House staff includes credentialed faculty and experienced staff who are responsible for implementation of the organization's programs and administrative operations.
