Hopkins House announced plans to mark its 75th year of continuous, uninterrupted education programs for children, youth and families.  The organization plans two days of activities this fall, featuring a family fun day, scholarship ball, and an anniversary luncheon in spring.

Each of the organization's three preschool academies will host a family fun day on Friday, October 31.  These events will be free and open to the public, and feature music, food, and crafts.

On November 1, Hopkins House will host a ball at the Belle Haven Country Club in Fairfax County.  This elegant black tie affair will feature dance and jazz entertainment, and food and drink.  Tickets are $75 and go on sale in September.  Proceeds from the ball fund scholarships for preschool children from low-resourced and military families.

Later in the spring, the organization will host a luncheon for donors.

Hopkins House is seeking volunteers to help plan and organize these activities.  Click here for the schedule of events and information about volunteering and contributing: 75th Anniversary Celebration Pack
