Hopkins House – “A Learning Center for Children and Their Families” is a 501(c)3 recognized early care and education organization. The mission of Hopkins House is to provide quality educational programs and opportunities to children, youths, and their families, regardless of income, to help them achieve, in measurably effective ways, their full intellectual, economic and social potential.
General Hopkins House Request for Proposals Information
For general questions regarding Hopkins House RFPs, please email info@hopkinshouse.org. All RFPs must either be mailed or hand delivered to the Hopkins House Central Administration Office by the stipulated deadlines. Mailed RFPs must be postmarked five days prior to the deadline. Hopkins House Central Administration Office is located at 5904 Richmond Highway, Suite 525, Alexandria, VA 22303. The office hours are from 9 am to 6 pm EST, Monday through Friday. Brief Description:
Hopkins House is seeking a certified public accounting firm to perform accounting services for the organization, in accordance with the requirements and specifications outlined in its RFP. The selected firm will work with the Hopkins House Finance & Operations Department located in the Central Administration Office.

Food Services Management Contract (FMSC)
Brief Description:
Hopkins House is seeking a food services management company to provide catering services, in accordance with the requirements and specifications detailed in its RFP, to its two preschool academies located in Alexandria and Fairfax County, Virginia. The FMSC is for one year, beginning October 01, 2012 and ending September 30, 2013.
