Management and administrative positions require, at minimum, a college degree and one or more years of supervisory experience. DESCRIPTION

JOB SUMMARY:

Serves as the chief administrative officer of the Preschool Academy, responsible for coordination of administrative and financial functions, enforcement of licensing and quality standards, management of family and employee records, maintaining up to date on certification requirements, control of inventory and supplies, and representing the central administration in the areas of finance, operations, human resources, and risk management on-site at the Preschool Academy.    

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies;
2) Provide administrative support to Principal, Assistant Principal and Academy as a whole;
3) Prepare customer billings and perform collection activities;

4) Reconcile deposits and credit card transactions with financial system;
5) Provide support for monthly reconciliations and annual audits;
6) Responsible for managing academy budget;
7) Responsible for responding to employee questions on human resource related issues;
8) Responsible for the origination of employee hire documents and family packets;
9) Responsible for processing criminal background, reference and certification checks;
10) Develop and maintain standard operating policy and procedures;
11) Responsible for actions on maintenance and repair issues;
12) Responsible for managing vender relationships;
13) Assist in the publishing of monthly Academy newsletter for parents of Academy students;
14) Conduct orientation for employees of using Employee Handbook as a guide;
15) Originate accounts payable documents;
16) Serve as Central Administration liaison to center employees, parents and venders.
17) Assist parents to complete tuition assistance applications;
18) Originate administrative and financial request forms;
19) Submit reports to the Director of Finance & Operations, as requested;
20) Manage security access codes and other confidential information;
21) Manage center’s petty cash funds;
22) Perform regular maintenance and license inspections;
23) Provides such other related duties as may, from time-to-=time, be assigned.
   

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

* Must have an Associater's degree or higher in accounting, management, administration, or related field.

TITLE

MEMBERSHIP MARKETING COORDINATOR

JOB SUMMARY:
Supports the maintenance and growth of membership by developing and implementing member recruitment campaigns; tracking membership data; maintaining membership recruitment materials inventory; planning meetings and membership outreach activities; maintaining databases; and preparing reports.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1)Maintain and update membership database.- Generate member prospect leads from a variety of sources including social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.), periodicals, and purchased lists.
2) Develop and implement member recruitment campaigns by assembling and analyzing recruitment forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; plan and organize promotional presentations; and, update calendars.
3) Develop and distribute membership recruitment and retention collateral materials (including membership directory).- Secure agreements with loca retain shops and entertainment venues to offer merchandise discounts to members.
4) Coordinate member events including registration set-up and support for member events and meetings.
5) Maintain membership committee meeting notes, send follow-up correspondence, and track committee membership recruitment progress.
6) Track and maintain member participation and engagement statistics.- Prepare membership reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing membership data.
7) Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics designer; inventorying stock; place orders; and verify receipt.
8) Monitor budget by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.- Provide excellent customer service for members.
9) Perform other related duties of a comparable level/type as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

College degree required, in business, communications, marketing or related fields. Have some work experience in communications, Public Relations or Customer Service. Possess research and data collection skills. Have experience with membership organizations and/or community outreach preferred. Be Self-motivated, energetic learner with a good sense of humor. Have excellent written and verbal skills. Comfortable with working in a collaborative team environment. Highly organized with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite software including, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.

STARTING SALARY RANGE

$40,000 - $42,000

6) Meet regularly and frequently with parents; 
7) Order classroom supplies and submit  custodial and repair requests;
8) Ensure compliance with state and local licensing rules;
9) Supervise classroom staff; and,
10) Provide such other related duties as may, from time-to-time, be assigned.           
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must have a Bachelor degree or higher in Early Childhood or Elementary Education, or related field; Must have at least 2 years of professional classroom experience in a licensed childcare facility or school; be proficient in MSOffice; have CPR/First Aid and Food Handling certifications; and, have strong verbal and writing skills. NAEYC experience desired. Proficiency in second language desired but not required.

STARTING SALARY RANGE   $35,000 - $37,300
