MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education positions at Hopkins House require, at minimum, a college degree in Elementary or Early Childhood Education. Management and administrative positions require, at minimum, a college degree and one or more years of supervisory experience. All prospective employees must undergo criminal and child abuse background check, must be 18 years or older, and a United States citizen.

||The Teacher, Preschool is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing daily preschool academy activities for the students in his/her classroom.

| Business Officer
||The Business Officer is the chief administrative officer of the Preschool Academy, responsible for coordination of administrative and financial functions, enforcement of licensing and quality standards, management of family and employee records, maintaining up to date on certification requirements, control of inventory and supplies, and representing the central administration in the areas of finance, operations, human resources, and risk management on-site at the Preschool Academy.

The Education Aide assists the Teacher to coordinate and implement daily preschool academy activities for the students in his/her classroom.

The Instructional Assistant assists the Teacher to coordinate and implement daily preschool academy activities for the students in his/her classroom.
