Management and administrative positions require, at minimum, a college degree and one or more years of supervisory experience. TITLE

PROGRAMS ASSESSMENT & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Vice President/Chief Operating Officer, Assistant Vice President/Chief Academic Officer is responsible for developing and assessing Hopkins House's existing and new programs.

Specific duties include:
1) Program Development: Conceive, develop, and draft concept outlines for new programs consistent with the mission of the Organization; and oversee the implementation of new programs.
2) Program Assessment: Conduct ongoing formal assessments of existing programs consistent with funder and regulatory requirements; Collect, analyze, and interpret assessment data on existing programs; and drafts reports to funders; recommend remediation action steps, as needed; coordinate remedial staff training, as needed.
3) Program Marketing and Outreach: Develop and oversee implementation of program marketing strategies, and support achievement of student enrollment goals; and, represent the organization to outside groups as assigned by the President.
4) Internal Report: Provide staff support to the Programs & Assessment Committee of the Board of Trustees.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

* Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in early childhood, elementary, family education, or related field.
* Must have strong analytical and statistical skills.
* Must have strong writing and verbal skills.

STARTING SALARY RANGE

  $45,000 (Commensurate with experience)

TITLE

MEMBERSHIP MARKETING COORDINATOR

DESCRIPTION

JOB SUMMARY: Supports the maintenance and growth of membership by developing and implementing member recruitment campaigns; tracking membership data; maintaining membership recruitment materials inventory; planning meetings and membership outreach activities; maintaining databases; and preparing reports.

JOB DUTIES:

1) Maintain and update membership database.- Generate member prospect leads from a variety of sources including social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.), periodicals, and purchased lists.
2) Develop and implement member recruitment campaigns by assembling and analyzing recruitment forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; plan and organize promotional presentations; and, update calendars.
3) Develop and distribute membership recruitment and retention collateral materials (including membership directory).- Secure agreements with loca retain shops and entertainment venues to offer merchandise discounts to members.
4) Coordinate member events including registration set-up and support for member events and meetings.
5) Maintain membership committee meeting notes, send follow-up correspondence, and track committee membership recruitment progress.
6) Track and maintain member participation and engagement statistics.- Prepare membership reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing membership data.
7) Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics designer; inventorying stock; place orders; and verify receipt.
8) Monitor budget by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.- Provide excellent customer service for members.
9) Perform other related duties of a comparable level/type as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

College degree required, in business, communications, marketing or related fields. Have some work experience in communications, Public Relations or Customer Service. Possess research and data collection skills. Have experience with membership organizations and/or community outreach preferred. Be Self-motivated, energetic learner with a good sense of humor. Have excellent written and verbal skills. Comfortable with working in a collaborative team environment. Highly organized with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite software including, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.

STARTING SALARY RANGE

$40,000 - $42,000

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Plan and implement daily lesson plans;
2) Participate in in-service training and attend local and regional early child development conferences, seminars and meetings;
3) Maintain safe and clean classroom environment;
4) Organize and maintain developmentally appropriate classroom;
5) Maintain classroom records, including children's Individualized Education Plan (IEP), attendance records, health and safety forms and procedures, and written reports;
6) Meet regularly and frequently with parents; 
7) Order classroom supplies and submit  custodial and repair requests;
8) Ensure compliance with state and local licensing rules;
9) Supervise classroom staff; and,
10) Provide such other related duties as may, from time-to-time, be assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must have 1 or more years of professional experience working with infants and/or toddlers at a licensed childcare center.  Must have a college degree in Early Childhood Education or related discipline or a CDA and actively matriculating toward a college degree in the educationor child care field. NAEYC accreditation experience and/or fluency in spoken Spanish or other second language is highly desirable but not required.  
STARTING SALARY RANGE   $35,000 - $37,300
